The location is very convenient, near al-Haram, with free buses available around the clock, making it easy to access the most significant holy sites. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly and hospitable staff who made me feel welcomed. the free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned accommodation added to the convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed the local delicacies and international dishes offered at the hotel's restaurant, Al Taai, which served satisfying meals. Overall, Makarem Umm Al Qura Hotel is a top choice for pilgrims and travelers seeking luxury and convenience in Mecca. I look forward to returning and experiencing the excellent service again. Thumbs up for the reception staff who made my stay memorable.

i like the treatment of mr kamal - reception manager. he was very professional. and mr nebras - receptionist was very welcoming and his hospitality was very elegant. we would like to give special thank to ms. heba, she was very cooperative and helping. she smiles all the time and make everything easy to the guest. staff are very friendly. the place is tidy and clean. room space is very reasonable and has ll what is required to feel comfortable. shuttle bus is always available from and to the holly haram. makarem in mecca.

The hotel offers a friendly reception staff, good service, cooperative cleaning staff, nice beds, good parking facility, and a great Arabic and Western style breakfast buffet. There is also a barber shop, small market and shops inside the hotel, frequent bus trips to and from the main attraction, quick check-in and check-out process, strong WiFi, and comfortable beds. The spacious room size and well-organized furniture provide convenience for long stays. The hotel also has spacious common areas, attentive and cordial staff, and a 24-hour bus service to the main attraction.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.
